Update on Pickups: April 2, 2020

While Bionomics provides what are considered to be “essential services”, during this critical time in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic we will be limiting our travel and pickups during the weeks of April 6 and April 13. This is a precautionary measure to protect our employees and those that we service.

Bionomics will maintain normal business hours Monday through Thursday during the weeks of April 6 and 13, but will only make pickups as necessary. We will be available by phone or email for any questions or inquires. For urgent matters, contact us by phone at (865) 220-8501 for access to my personal cell number.  You can access our specific email addresses under the "Meet the Team" section of this website.

During the week of April 13, we will assess the situation and plan on returning to normal services beginning April 20. It is our sincere hope that some semblance of normal life can return soon after this date.

We want to assure our customers that we are closely monitoring and responding to the unfolding situation of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).  We understand that our customers still have 90-day clocks for hazardous/mixed wastes or have a need for radioactive waste removal in order to remain in compliance with their state's regulations. Therefore, we are committed to making pickups and carrying on business as usual for as long as possible.  During this time, we are:

• Communicating with our customers via email, our website and through phone calls during regular operating hours of 9 A.M. - 5 P.M., Monday-Friday.

• Ensuring that our team members continue to maintain the highest standards of safety, follow CDC's recommendations on cleanliness and follow rules of social distancing.

​

• Communicating with our suppliers to ensure no disruption in our supply chain occurs.
